Green World Coffee, which is located just north of Waihaha on 7 acres of ground with more than 3,000 arabica coffee trees, is a small farm with a lot of potential. The farm was created in 2013 by Howard Green, who collaborated with the University of Hawaii's Department of Agriculture to design a soil amendment program that would be suitable for the island's climate. The fields are located in the center of Oahu Island and are sprawling, with stunning views of the neighboring Wai'anae mountain range. Many visitors to the North Shore of Oahu stop here on their way to the island's other side.
