On the Hawaiian island of O'ahu, the Byodo-In Temple is a smaller-scale copy of the approximately 950-year-old Byodo-in Temple in Uji, Japan, which is a United Nations World Heritage Site. People of all religions are invited to worship, meditate, or just enjoy the beauty of the Byodo-In Temple, which is a non-practicing Buddhist temple in the heart of Tokyo.
